Famous Monsters Lost in Space Poster

In 1965, CBS debuted a new Irwin Allen science fiction series — a kind of "Swiss Family Robinson in Space" — that, like the original STAR TREK, would go on to build a lasting legacy despite its short three-season run. Featuring the iconic trio of Will Robinson, the trusty B-9 robot, and Season One villain Dr. Smith, LOST IN SPACE became a campy exploration of classic Sci-Fi themes and enjoyed popularity in reruns well into the 90s. For the show's 50th anniversary, Terry Wolfinger created this cover art to accompany our retrospective in Famous Monsters #278.
